I've always had a passion for technology. In high school, my after-school job was providing phone support for one of Texas' top dial-up--If I may date myself-- Internet providers.
In college, I helped network my housemates' computers with ethernet cable. After graduation, I went to work for a custom PC manufacturer, where I learned the intricacies of the technology--and the business.
Upon moving to Los Angeles, I soon launched At Home With Technology to tackle the growing need for personalized tech support. During the COVID lockdown, I added remote support (via TeamViewer) to the services I offer for home and business users.
